Jim Wood has spent the last three and a half years with The Coca-Cola Company as Occupational Safety and Health Programs Manager, responsible for the Company's Safety Management System, safety training, EOSH metrics tracking and other safety and health programs in the Company and the broader Coca-Cola system. Prior to joining TCCC, Jim served in a variety of Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality roles with The Home Depot and Procter & Gamble. He received his BS in mechanical engineering from Princeton University and studied Business Administration at NYU's Stern School of Business. Jim is a professional member of ASSE and a proud husband and father of 8 year old twins.

Buddy Harris is the Senior Engineer in the Environmental Affairs department of Smithfield Foods, Inc. and is the Director of company activities concerning ISO14001 registration, projects, IT, and metrics. He has been with Smithfield Foods, Inc. for five years. Previously, he spent nine years with the ConAgra Refrigerated Foods Group and worked for Armour Swift Eckrich before that. He earned his degree in Chemistry from UNC-Chapel Hill. Most importantly, Buddy has been married for 21 years to Cindy Harris, RN, and is the father of two teenagers; Stephanie, 19, who is currently in Nursing school, and Robert III (BJ), 16, a sophomore in high school and an accomplished 5 string bass player.
