Kathryn Lewis is a consultant to cutting-edge startups poised to improve human well-being, environmental conditions, and business competitiveness into the future. As a multidisciplinary strategist and systems thinker, she uncovers hidden connections between emerging technologies, trends, and sustainable growth opportunities.

Previously, Kathryn founded dMASS Inc. as an innovation consultancy in 2012 to help Fortune 500 companies accelerate sustainable transformation and save material, energy, and water throughout manufacturing and supply chain operations. Her vision for dMASS was inspired by her previous work on Buckminster Fuller's "The World Game." With the backing of a Fortune 50 company, dMASS became one of the first Generative AI startups to mimic human problem-solving.

She has participated as a council member to LAUNCH (2013), hosted by NASA, Nike, the U.S. Department of State, and USAID. She co-authored the book "Naked Value: 6 Things Every Business Leader Needs to Know about Resources, Innovation, and Business Competitiveness."

Kathryn received the RFK Sustainable Investing Fellowship from Columbia University in 2014 and has been a keynote speaker and panelist for her expertise in AI, emerging technologies, and sustainable growth opportunities. Select clients include:
