Suzanne Riney is a senior manager in the corporate Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) organization leading the global strategy and processes for Boeing's second century enterprise systems including the integration of the company's subsidiaries and global
locations. Suzanne is leading the company toward a One Boeing EHS management systems that conforms to ISO 14001 and ISO 45001industry standards and enables Boeing to be a global industrial champion.
Prior to this role, she was promoting
a proactive safety culture within the Engineering, Test & Technology and Corporate businesses groups. Suzanne lead an integrated safety organization that included aviation, system and occupational safety across multiple sites and programs. Suzanne
was also located in Huntsville, Alabama with Boeing and served as senior manager leading EHS across all of Boeing's Strategic Missile and Defense System sites around the country.
Suzanne has experience in a variety of industries prior
to joining Boeing. She was vice president of Environment and Quality for Spartech Corporation in Clayton, Missouri, where she led implementation of an Integrated Management System across 40-plus sites. She led regulatory compliance as an environment consultant
for 10 years and worked as a design engineer for the St. Louis sewer district.
Riney holds a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from the University of Missouri and a master's degree in business administration from Webster University.
She is a Registered Professional Engineer and was awarded Outstanding Professional Engineer in Industry, 2005, Most Influential Business Woman, St. Louis, 2004 and the Boeing Chairman's Safety Award, 2014, 2016.
