Alicia Meads serves as Manager of Legislative Affairs for CF Industries, a global leader in the manufacture and distribution of nitrogen and hydrogen products. In this role, she represents CF’s interests on Capitol Hill, develops legislative strategy,
manages the company’s grassroots program and coordinates ESG and sustainability efforts. Prior to joining CF, Alicia served as Director of Energy & Resources Policy for the National Association of Manufacturers where she focused on issues
such as air quality, chemical regulation, and sustainability. She has also represented several metalworking trade associations on Capitol Hill on a broad range of manufacturing issues.
Alicia is a graduate of the University of Delaware
and earned her Juris Master degree from George Mason University’s Antonin Scalia Law School.
