Holly Moynahan leads sustainability at Hubbell Incorporated (est. 1888), a global manufacturer of quality and electrical utility solutions. Hubbell’s diverse products and solutions support energy infrastructure, enabling grid modernization, electrification, resource efficiency, and the proliferation of renewables. In her role, Holly is responsible for developing and executing Hubbell’s enterprise-wide sustainability strategy, which includes driving the company’s ESG initiatives, metrics, performance, and reporting. She also acts as a liaison across various business functions and focuses on advancing Hubbell's decarbonization activities, sustainable product and circularity efforts, and social initiatives with employees, suppliers, and the community. Holly is Hubbell’s inaugural sustainability leader after 130+ years of being in business.

Holly has a BA in Environmental Science with a concentration in Economics from Colorado College and a MicroMasters credential in Supply Chain Management from Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Prior to Hubbell, Holly was a Senior Consultant in Ernst & Young's (EY) Climate Change and Sustainability Services practice, where she advised fortune 500 clients on ESG risk management, strategy development, and credible reporting. She also previously worked at Sustainserv Inc/GmbH, a boutique sustainability consultancy, and on the sustainability team at Zappos, an e-commerce company owned by Amazon.

In her free time, Holly is a mentor for individuals hoping to build a career in corporate sustainability. She provides coaching through advice blogs, conference panels, and regular informational interviews. Holly believes helping others become sustainability professionals will result in greater manpower driving climate action and sustainable development.
