Kristy Yucis is the Director of Health and Safety at Comcast Cable in the Corporate Environment, Health & Safety Center of Expertise (EHS COE). Kristy focuses on enterprise initiatives such as program management, driver and fleet safety, incident management and the EHS information management system. Kristy created and managed near miss and behavior-based safety programs as well as the Comcast EHS Information Management System used by over 2,000 employees daily.
Kristy has over 20 years of experience in the Environment, Health, and Safety field. She certified by the Board of Certified Safety Professionals (BCSP) as a Safety Management Specialist and is certified as an ISO14001 auditor. Her expertise lies in program management, safety culture, incident management, auditing, and EHS management systems. She has experience in multiple industries including pharmaceutical, healthcare and telecommunications. Kristy enjoys reading, biking, and kayaking, as well as volunteering for local mental health and youth advocacy groups. She lives in the Philadelphia area with her husband, two sons and two dogs.
