Laura Fiffick has over 25 years of experience in accelerating environmental, health and safety improvements across organizations, with a focus on culture change. Laura currently leads the environmental, health, safety and security function at Wilbur-Ellis,
a global company serving a variety of industries including agriculture and nutrition. She has led and participated in research that improves EHS performance including leading indicators, behavior-based safety programs, serious injuries and fatalities,
integrated management systems, advanced air emission reduction technology, and green infrastructure.
Laura holds a bachelor’s degree in Geology from Texas A&M University and a master’s degree from the University of Houston in
Safety. She is a Certified Safety Professional and a Registered Environmental Manager.
