As Director of ESG, Samantha has focused on developing and executing Prologis’ net zero by 2040 commitment, to be achieved by implementing renewable energy, eliminating fuel use, and implementing low-carbon construction practices across Prologis’
1B square foot industrial real estate portfolio. Previously, she was a sustainability, manufacturing, and supply chain strategist at Accenture, helping consumer products and energy clients improve operations performance on site and at the network
level. Sam also holds her MBA in Energy, Environment, and Sustainability from the Wharton School and a Mechanical Engineering and Materials Science degree from Duke University.
Born in Princeton, NJ, Sam grew up across four countries, including
Japan, Singapore, and Hong Kong. Her fun fact is that she has been to all seven continents and she currently lives in Denver with her husband and dog and enjoys skiing, hiking, and running.
