Dakota Carroll is the Supply Chain Sustainability Manager at Amphenol Corporation where she began her career in 2019 as a Sustainability Analyst. Amphenol is a global producer of high-technology interconnect, sensor and antenna solutions and operates
in over 40 different countries with over 90,000 employees.
Dakota oversees the company’s responsible minerals and supply chain Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) programs. She is responsible for the corporate-wide deployment
of a software solution to support supply chain disclosures and meet regulatory requirements regarding the responsible sourcing of materials in Amphenol’s products. Dakota acts as an advisor to over 200 manufacturing locations worldwide in meeting
global human rights regulations and implementing solutions to measure and reduce their purchased goods and services emissions. She plays a consultative role in the company’s sustainable procurement strategy by supporting the operational divisions
in decision-making in accordance with customer and regulatory driven CSR commitments. Dakota’s ultimate mission is to drive sustainable impact through data transparency and proactively address risks in the supply chain. More recently, Dakota has
conducted a Task Force for Climate-Related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) and water risk assessment for the company’s global operations.
Dakota holds a B.S. in Environmental Economics and Policy from Pennsylvania State University and is
currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at the University of Massachusetts. She currently resides in Pennsylvania, U.S.
