Jennifer Warfield

Ms. Warfield is an environmental engineer with 23 years of experience in environmental, health, safety, and sustainability consulting and will facilitate the panel discussion on mentorship best practices. She serves in a mentor role within Tetra Tech currently, and has experienced the mentee role multiple times in her career also. Jenny has extensive experience in the Sustainability and Environmental, Social, and Governance (S&ESG) space focusing on strategy development, advancement of goals, and implementation of sustainability programs. She also has experience managing operational excellence initiatives, EHS performance improvement programs, audit programs, and a variety of compliance assurance projects. In both the ESG and the EHS disciplines, learning through team work on multiple project experiences has been a proven way to solidify a range of skills within teams. Jenny has worked in various industrial sectors including manufacturing, mining, technology, oil and gas, and chemical. She brings creative thinking and technical knowledge to bear on projects she manages, always with a focus on high quality and process efficiency.
