Mr. Margolis is a Senior Partner with ERM, the world’s largest pure play environmental, health, safety and sustainability (EHSS) consultancy, with over 7,000 staff in 140 offices in 40 countries. He is one of ERM’s senior management consulting
practitioners and a nationally recognized expert in EHSS governance and management systems.
Jimmy has helped dozens of companies develop and implement EHSS strategies. He works with leaders across functional areas and organizational levels
to identify sustainability business risks and opportunities, develop strategies to address those risks and opportunities based on a robust business case, and implement strategies from the corporate level down through plant-level operations.
Jimmy has deep experience assisting clients develop sustainability reports, improve ESG rater/ranker scores, conduct product lifecycle assessments, implement sustainability-related information technology solutions, define corporate metrics and internal
management reporting processes, and develop and implement improvements to corporate EHSS structures, policies and programs.
Prior to joining ERM, Mr. Margolis spent eleven years with Arthur D. Little and six years with Deloitte. He started
his career as an engineer at an oil refinery and petrochemical plant.
