Louise Norman

Louise Norman received her BS in Environmental Science from the University of Manchester, UK. Louise has been with Cummins for 10 years and her career has primarily been focused on environmental and energy management. As the Global Waste Strategy Manager, Louise leads company efforts in waste reduction and recycling as part of the company’s PLANET 2050 sustainability strategy focused on 2030 facilities and operations sustainability goals for waste reduction. Her expertise encompasses a range of innovative projects, including the implementation of sustainable packaging solutions, enhancing material efficiency to reduce process waste, recycling and zero disposal initiatives, and eliminating the use of single-use plastics.
