Lissette Arroyo Galban

Lissette Arroyo Galban is an Environmental Analyst at LUMA Energy. She was previously responsible for administering the software platform, for conducting user training, and resolving any user issues during implementation shortly after operations at LUMA Energy began. Thanks to her efforts, LUMA Energy was able to overcome implementation challenges and logged over 2,000 HSE incidents and over 25,000 HSE inspections in under 2 years. She is a graduate of the University of Puerto Rico in Arecibo in Industrial Chemical Processes and she is currently completing a Master’s Degree at Ana G. Méndez University in Environmental Management with a focus on system development in utility companies.
