Heather L. Ingraham leads the corporate environment, health, safety (EHS) audit program and team at CF Industries. She joined CF Industries in 2020 and has extensive experience leading EHS compliance assurance and system management programs and cultures in a variety of industries, with a focus on the chemical industry and manufacturing. She also has experience providing EHS management consulting in a wide range of services to many long-term clients, and has worked in the EHS technology area as a product manager for a global software provider. Heather has been an active member of NAEM throughout her entire career.
Heather has a Bachelor of Science degree in environmental management and science from Michigan State University and is also a Certified Hazardous Materials Manager. She is also known for her love of singing, boating and being out in nature.
