Elizabeth Krol

Elizabeth Krol is an active contributor and thought leader for the commercial and industrial real estate industry, serving the ASTM E1527-21 Phase I Environmental Site Assessment Task Group where she leads the team strengthening historical research and co-chairs the Phase II subsurface investigation Task Group. As a Professional Geologist with an MBA, she provides quality due diligence services to protect the interests of select equity investors. As a trusted advisor, she works collaboratively with clients to identify and mitigate potential property risk without undue expense. Elizabeth established the new Women’s Leadership Initiative in the northeast at Ramboll to empower women to become stronger leaders through mentoring and professional development at all stages of their career journeys. Via LightBox Developing Leaders and CREW Network, Elizabeth mentors emerging professionals, and trains assessors as one of only 8 ASTM Approved Instructors nationwide. Elizabeth is a Counselor of Real Estate and Principal at Ramboll. Elizabeth has been honored with the PRISM Industry Influencer award, CREW Network 20 Under 40, and CREW Boston Esprit de Coeur. She was recognized as an Elite Woman of Influence and CRE Consultant/Advisor by GlobeSt.com and Real Estate Forum, and by the Environmental Bankers Association (EBA) for more than 20 years of dedicated service.
