Ashley Rubinsky is a Senior Manager, Sustainability for Lockheed Martin Corporation. In this capacity, she is responsible for leading a team that drives integration with sustainability data stewardship, climate risk, circularity, and workforce engagement. Though the International Aerospace Environmental Group (IAEG®), Ashley co-leads an effort to deploy and maintain an enduring aerospace industry voluntary standard for assessing Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) practices that empowers the supply chain to be engaged and demonstrate progress.

Prior to this role, Ashley served as the Senior Project Lead for the corporation’s Supply Chain change management strategies and executed a complex communication portfolio. During this time, she was instrumental in coordinating COVID response and awareness of rapidly changing guidelines. Her efforts towards small businesses with the Rise Up campaign was cited as a contributing factor to the supplier performance Excellence rating. In addition, she dedicated 10 years to advancing the way we signal our values through Supply Chain Sustainability with a focus on chemical stewardship and human rights.

Previously, Ms. Rubinsky was Manager, Customer Relations & Strategic Initiatives for Lockheed Martin Corporate Engineering & Technology. In that role, she was responsible for ensuring customer-focus and enhancing program performance across an engineering workforce of over 70,000 employees.

Throughout her 30-year career at Lockheed Martin, Ms. Rubinsky has driven key results across strategic and emerging areas of focus and built best practices recognized by industry leaders. Outside of the office, Ashley is a volunteer in her community, spending over 150 hours annually in hospice volunteering.

In 2023 and 2018, she was recognized by the Aerospace & Defense industry with an IAEG® Excellence Award for her efforts in supplier ESG engagement, early career advocacy and communications. On three separate occasions, she has been the recipient of Lockheed Martin’s highest honor, a NOVA award, for pioneering customer-focus.
