Courtney Mayer

Courtney Mayer is the Director of Talent Development for the Distribution Division at Bunzl Distribution USA, LLC the largest value added distributor supplying a range of products including outsourced food packaging, disposable supplies, and cleaning and safety products to food processors, supermarkets, non-food retailers, convenience stores and other users.

Prior to joining Bunzl Distribution Courtney built her career through vital experiences with Enterprise Holdings, Save a Lot Food Stores, and Anheuser Busch.

Throughout her career, she has led and curated corporate leadership programs, focused on organizational changes and strategies; early career development programs, designed for company and cultural onboarding, functional training, and skill building; high-potential development programing; oriented towards strategic succession planning.

Courtney has a bachelor's degree in graphic design from Fontbonne University and is certified in Master Facilitation along with Improving Human Performance. In her personal time, you can find her homesteading, beekeeping, and enjoying time with her family.
