Myriam Mills is a Senior Manager in EHS – Sustainability at Hess Corporation, where she is responsible for Hess’ sustainability reporting and strategy – including climate related reporting and sustainability reporting framework implementation, and where she leads steering committees for sustainability reporting and strategy, fostering cross-functional collaboration among business leaders to drive sustainability efforts companywide. She also leads proactive engagement on environmental, social and governance (ESG) topics with investors and other key stakeholders.
She has 18 years of industry experience with the last 10 focused on sustainability reporting, strategy and investor relations. She is recognized as a leading authority in sustainability and ESG matters within Hess Corporation, is renowned for her expertise in integrating corporate strategies with sustainability standards, and is a frequent speaker at industry forums on sustainability and ESG themes. Her prior experience, while working for CDM Smith, included compliance and auditing; greenhouse gas and methane emissions management strategies; emissions inventory development; data management systems; and on-site environmental management.
Myriam holds a Master of Science in Environmental Analysis from Rice University and a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from Louisiana State University.
