Nickie Cashdollar is an ESG professional dedicated to using business as a force for good. She currently serves as the ESG Manager at Culligan, a global leader in clean, safe, better-tasting water. In this role, Nickie focuses on environmental sustainability including water stewardship, decarbonization, and corporate governance through compliance and reporting. In her previous role at AppHarvest, an AgTech company, Nickie led the ESG program, driving the company’s growth from Series A funding to a successful SPAC. Through her program management, she led the organization to achieve B Corp certification and instituted advanced ESG reporting initiatives. A graduate of the University of Kentucky's Gatton College of Business and Economics with a focus in Social Entrepreneurship, Nickie leverages ESG for enterprise value creation. Nickie currently resides in Denver, CO, where she enjoys hiking 14ers and skiing black diamonds.
