Rod is a dedicated and resourceful ESG (Sustainability) Environmental Compliance and Product Stewardship Executive with international, multi-industry experience, specializing in program and project management, staff training/mentoring, stakeholder relations, strategic planning and continuous improvement. He has a proven track record of overseeing a variety of high-level ESG (Sustainability) and environmental compliance (RCRA, CWA, CAA, and EPCRA) programs along with product stewardship management. His employment history includes Director of Environmental Affairs for La-Z-Boy Inc. and Owens Illinois (O-I), Director - Sustainability and Analytics for Cornerstone Building Brands and he is currently a Senior EHS Sustainability Manager for Avery Dennison.
