As Executive Director of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Nicole Wilkinson provides strategic direction and enterprise oversight of HSE management programs for CVS Health. Nicole empowers people and creates high-performing teams and a strong compliance
and safety culture that supports over 10,000 locations including retail pharmacies, Distribution Centers, Minute Clinics and Oak Street Health Primary Care Services, Specialty and Mail Order Pharmacies, Infusion Pharmacies, Long Term Care Pharmacies,
and Aetna and CVS Health corporate facilities. Responsibilities include environmental and OSHA regulatory compliance, EHS management systems, emergency response, waste minimization and sustainability initiatives. Nicole focuses on integrating and
operationalizing programs in support of business operations.
Prior to joining CVS Health, she managed environmental, health and safety programs for Dominion Power generation facilities in the Northeast and Midwest including the permitting and construction of air pollution control and cooling tower projects at the Brayton Point Power Station. Nicole spent ten years of her career as a civil & environmental engineering consultant helping commercial and industrial clients with innovative solutions for site design and environmental permitting services.
She holds a B.S. in Civil & Environmental Engineering from Roger Williams University and a M.S. in Natural Resources from the University of Rhode Island.
Nicole is the Chair of the NAEM Board of Directors.
