Sponsored Session Sponsorship Overview
Sponsors will have the opportunity to provide a subject matter expert and/or clients to put together a panel on a Women’s Leadership topic for 60-minutes. This session will run up against two other sessions at the same time (1-2 of them may be sponsored or 1 might be sponsored and the other a session NAEM puts together for the program).The learning goals and objectives of the conference are:
- Foster and convene a community of women EHS& Sustainability leaders to network and learn from each other’s experiences
- Help women EHS&S leaders build their networks
- Provide learning sessions that will enhance attendees’ leadership skills, business acumen and allow them to share best practices on current corporate EHS and sustainability management issues
Sponsorship Benefits
- Opportunity for visibility with a 60-minute panel at the Women’s Leadership Conference. Great visibility as a thought-leader in front of conference attendees and female decision-makers
- Your session, company, speakers and bios promoted on NAEM’s WOMENLEAD22 website that gets over 1,000 impressions a week from EHS&S professionals. Your company logo will be on the conference website and will link to your company’s website
- Second position sponsorship recognition in marketing emails, conference website and on-site
- Two complimentary registrations for your workshop speakers (valued at $1,798-$2,598)
- Conference attendee list one week in advance and post conference (names, titles, and companies only)
Application
Please submit your 60-minute idea, speakers, and goals of your session to sales@naem.org. Please make sure your idea meets some of the learning goals of the conference listed above All sponsorships are first come, first serve until they sell out and will be reviewed in the order they are received. The latest date to submit an idea is 6/3/22.
