All submissions are due by 3/17/23. We will notify you the week of 3/24/23 if you were approved and request payment and a signed terms and agreement to secure your spot. The Education Session comes with a complimentary group pass to bring up to 15 people from your company and your speakers to the event (value $1,000). If you would like to bring any additional people, all other registrations will be charged at the NAEM rate ($350-$450 per registration) or you can upgrade your group pass for 30 people total to attend for an extra $500. Sponsored 60-Minute Learning Virtual Sessions:
All sessions will be virtual and 60 minutes including Q&A. They will run during the conference on 5/17/23 or 5/18/23 with no competing content. Sessions should be with a subject matter expert from your company designed to help EHS professionals earlier in their career enhance their skillsets. No client speaker required.
