What is an NAEM IMPACT Regional Event?

NAEM will put on three virtual IMPACT programs throughout the year on different sustainability topics. This year's topics are:

May 28, 2025: Advancing Sustainable Supply Chain Initiatives
August 13, 2025: Advancing Industrial Efficiency and Waste Reduction
December 3, 2025: Preparing for 2026 Corporate Reporting

We are looking for partners to host an in-person event on the same topics above on the same dates. The purpose of the in-person events is to attract local EHS&S professionals who are looking to network, benchmark and discuss the topic in more depth in-person. The attendees will be local to the city where the in-person event is hosted so that they don't have to travel far to avoid costly travel and time away from work. The cost to host a regional event is $1,300 plus whatever costs you incur to put on the event.

NAEM will provide the recorded sessions so that the in-person attendees can watch the program together (we recommend picking one session to watch if there are multiple). Following the recorded session, hosts can facilitate an in-person discussion on the same breakout discussion topic we are offering at the virtual event with a subject matter expert and include a live Q&A and networking. Hosts may choose their own breakout discussion topic as well if they have NAEM approve it ahead of time. Hosts can also provide a lunch, dinner, or networking opportunity for attendees that day. Hosts are responsible for event logistics and execution. While NAEM will market the host's in-person regional event, the hosts are ultimately responsible for recruiting people to their event so it is a huge success.

Hosting an IMPACT Regional Event will give you great brand exposure. In addition to your own company’s outreach efforts, NAEM will market all regional events to our network of EHS & Sustainability professionals.

Please submit the form below to share your interest in hosting a regional event. Forms will be approved on a rolling basis in a first-come, first-served order. The latest date to submit a form is April 30, 2025 for the May 28 event. NAEM will announce regional event locations and sign-up instructions publicly to the NAEM community on a rolling basis.

The location and time of the Regional Event
Primary contact info: Name, Title, and Company
Your company name

Signed terms, agreement, and payment is required in advance of any promotion of a Regional Event. No more than one Regional Event will be approved per 200-mile radius. Please email sales@naem.org with any additional questions.
