Partnership Overview
Opportunity to have visibility and branding with your logo on the conference hotel room keycards at the hotel where the conference will be held. NAEM’s logo will be on the keycard as well. All attendees will receive the key with both logos on it when they check into the hotel. This is a great branding opportunity for one company.Partnership Benefits
Onsite Conference Visibility- Branding and logo recognition on the keycards of all hotel guests that check into the conference hotel
- Recognition on all marketing of the event as the Keycard Partner. This is included but not limited to signage at the event, onsite app, and in conference promotional emails to 20,000+ EHS & Sustainability professionals
- Attendee list two weeks, one week and post conference (names, titles & companies only)
- Opportunity to add Lead Retrieval as an add on to your sponsorship to scan badges of all attendees you meet (cost $525 - $575) per license
- Your logo promoted on NAEM’s TECH & OPEX25 websites that get over 1,000 impressions a week from EHS&S professionals. Your company logo will link to your company’s website to push traffic there
- Partner will receive one complimentary registration to the conference (valued at $1,390 - $1,945 per registration)
- Option to purchase an Educational Development registration for a non-sales executive or Next Gen Leader from your company to attend conference sessions (valued at $1,390-$1,945)
