The Gigabyte Partnership comes with mid-level visibility. It includes the second-best placement in the exhibit hall after the Terabytes and mid-level logo placement. The exhibit hall will be open April 1-3 attracting attendees from both conferences. It's a great way to stand out in the crowd and engage with attendees. Onsite Conference Visibility- Second highest-level exhibitor visibility as a Gigabyte Partner with a booth in the second-best section of the exhibit hall. The exhibit hall will be open for the entirety of the OPEX & TECH conferences April 1, 2025 to April 3, 2025 so that you get maximum visibility with both conference audiences
- Your company will have time in NAEM’s Solution Center that will be an exclusive time for conference attendees to hear how you can help them solve an EHS&S issue with your expertise
- Recognition on all marketing of the event as a Gigabyte Partner. Gigabyte Partners receive second position recognition of the exhibitors. This is included but not limited to signage at the event, onsite app, and in conference promotional emails to 20,000+ EHS & Sustainability professionals
- Attendee list two weeks, one week and post conference (names, titles & companies only)
- Opportunity to add Lead Retrieval as an add on to your sponsorship to scan badges of all attendees you meet (cost $525 - $575) per license
- Your logo promoted on NAEM’s TECH & OPEX25 websites that get over 1,000 impressions a week from EHS&S professionals. Your company logo will link to your company’s website to push traffic there
- Sponsor will receive three complimentary registrations to the conference (valued at $1,390 - $1,945 per registration)
