Allie Patton is a Leadership & Organization Effectiveness Consultant at Ameren Corporation, a St. Louis-based, Fortune 500 company that powers the quality of life for millions of people throughout Illinois and Missouri. In her current role, she leads Ameren's overall mentoring strategy, programs and their online Connection Community. Her passion for helping others through teaching and making connections is well suited for the work she leads.
During her two years at Ameren, Allie has managed succession planning and leadership assessment processes prior to her current role in mentoring.
Prior to Ameren, Allie spent four years in a Human Resources Business Partner role at a global communications agency where she supported multiple offices in all things HR.
Allie received both her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology & Sociology and her Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership & Development from Maryville University in St. Louis, Missouri.
In her free time, Allie enjoys being outside, reading, traveling and exploring St. Louis's diverse food scene.
