Ann MacDonald

Ann Macdonald is the Director of Program Management, Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) for Coca-Cola Refreshments (CCR), bringing over 26 years of experience in compliance, management and strategy. In this role, she leads the EHS effort for The Coca-Cola Company 21st Century Beverage Partnership Model – the refranchising of the bottling system in North America.  Provides specialized value for the extensive due diligence activity, divestiture tasks, and associate and bottler collaboration.

Previously, she worked as a Region Environmental Manager for CCR, providing expertise on storm and wastewater management, petroleum remediation, water, energy and waste management initiatives, ISO Management Systems, along with real estate and legal support for U.S. and Canada.

Prior to joining Coca-Cola, Ann worked as the Program Manager for the Hazardous Waste Remediation Section of the Dade County Department of Environmental Resource Management (DERM) in Miami, FL.

Originally from the Boston area, Ann earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.

Ann currently resides in Northern California, is a member of a local crew team, and enjoys traveling - thank goodness!
