Ann-Margaret Deavers is the Environmental Manager for Global Manufacturing for The Hershey Company. The Hershey Company is headquartered in Hershey, Pa., and is an industry-leading snacks company known for bringing goodness to the world through its iconic
brands, remarkable people and enduring commitment to help children succeed. Ann-Margaret supports Global Manufacturing by providing environmental leadership, program development and technical expertise for approximately 15 manufacturing, warehousing
and research and development sites.
Ann-Margaret has worked in EHS for over seventeen years, with experience in consulting as well as food manufacturing. Her expertise includes air, storm water, and hazardous material handling programs and permitting. In her current role, she is instrumental in developing training.
Ann-Margaret has a master’s degree in Engineering Management from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, and holds a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Louisiana Tech University. She lives in the Hershey, PA area with her wife and enjoys gardening in her spare time.
