Ava Khoshravani has worked as a talent acquisition consultant and career coach for over 15 years within finance and most recently within cloud computing and platform virtualization companies such as VMware. As a recruiter for C-suite level professionals to global account executives, her passion is placing people in their dream job. She helps rebrand employees into leaders that can either move forward within a new organization or become visible in their current role. Her rebranding strategy is simple: It begins with a whiteboard full of goals, followed by a resume shift, and on to social media platforms to lean in and grab hold of opportunities and put your brand to work for you. She helps build better resumes and an online presence that projects specific expertise. Ava holds a B.A. in Psychology from Fort Valley State University.
