Chris Lambe is Director of Social Responsibility and Executive Director of The Mosaic Company Foundation. Chris has worked on three continents as a management consultant, entrepreneur and a creative director and has run as a candidate for public office in the Irish Senate.
As Citizenship Officer at Xcel Energy, he built a new responsibility program that was honored with the 'Spirit of America' award from United Way.
He managed a research team at Target Corporation focused on a new strategic direction for Target's 5% giving commitment that resulted in a $1.5 billion commitment to America's public schools.
Since he joined Mosaic in 2009, the Mosaic Villages Project has helped 300,000 smallholder farmers move from subsistence agriculture to a surplus in India, Guatemala and 7-African countries with crop yields increasing 5-times over traditional farmer practices.
Mosaic has reduced greenhouse gas emissions by 150,000 tonnes annually; has been recognized by Corporate Responsibility Magazine as one of the Top -100 Corporate Citizens three years in row; and as one of the world's most ethical companies by the Ethisphere Institute.
Chris was born in Dublin Ireland and is a graduate of the Quinn School of Business at University College Dublin.
