Delilah Rothenberg is an ESG and impact specialist with over 12 years of experience in financial services and over 8 years focused on developing countries, including application of the Equator Principles and IFC Performance Standards. At Pegasus, Delilah provides advisory services focused on integration of ESG best practices into the investment process, impact strategy, and supports investor relations initiatives. Delilah has worked with firms in the following sectors: private equity, banking, palm oil and agribusiness, infrastructure and real assets, personal care, food and beverage, and education. Companies include Impala Energy, Citigroup, PepsiCo, Tiossan, Zephyr Management, Herakles Capital, Black Rhino, and the African School of Economics, to name a few. She has been an active contributor to USAID’s initiatives related to responsible land-based investments in developing countries, as well as Bpeace, a non-profit focused on small-and-medium-sized enterprise development in conflict-affected countries. She is a Board Member of Invest Africa US, a member of the UN Principles for Responsible Investing (PRI) Supply Chains Working Group, the Global Impact Investing Network (GIIN) Holding Company Working Group, and serves on Pegasus’ ESG Working Group and Sustainability Committee. Delilah’s past experience includes institutional equities at Bear, Stearns & Co and investment research with Gerson Lehrman Group (GLG).
