Erika joined SKF USA Inc. as their Corporate Manager of Sustainability and Environmental Systems in 2012. She is responsible for leading EHS continual improvement across 30+ manufacturing and warehouse facilities. SKF USA Inc. is the U.S. subsidiary of SKF Group, a world leader in rolling bearings and related technologies. Erika started her career as a consultant specializing in environmental compliance. With a passion for a more efficient way of doing business, Erika earned an MBA in Sustainability prior to joining SKF USA Inc.
