Mr. Hinkley has been working with the Southern Ute Indian Tribe, and its subsidiaries, for the past 15 years as an air quality specialist, Environmental Division Head, and EHS database coordinator. He has been involved with ambient monitoring, Title V program and regulation development, database implementation and management, and air permitting compliance for oil and gas companies across 5 states and tribal jurisdictions.
Ethan has been involved in the development of the Tribe's current EHS database system, Enviance, from the beginning and worked with others to build the system from the ground up. He is always looking for new and innovative ways to make these systems work for his group and make complying with the ever increasing and more complicated air regulations easier.
