Gary Rosenblum, ARM

Gary Rosenblum is currently the Senior Director of the Campbell Institute, a Center of Excellence at the National Safety Council. He has also been a Director of EHS for an international logistics and warehousing company, and was an EHS manager for over 17 years with ARCO, where he developed and implemented EHS management systems, was the OSHA public affairs manager. In 2009, Gary was confirmed by the Secretary of Labor as the public sector member of the National Advisory Committee for Occupational Safety and Health (NACOSH) in Washington DC. Gary was the Risk Manager of the City of Palm Desert, CA for a decade, where in addition to managing employee safety, he handled liability and property insurance claims, performed contract and claim litigation analysis, and was the City's Disaster and Business Continuity manager. He has a Master of Science degree from the University of Arizona in Toxicology and a Bachelor of Science degree from SUNY Albany. He has presented numerous times at AIHCE, National RIMS, as well as many other national symposia.
