Senior Manager, Energy, Environment & Common Systems

Hal Ehrhardt is the Senior Manager of Energy and Environmental Programs team within the Corporate Energy, Environment, Safety and Health (CEESH) organization at Lockheed Martin. In this role Hal is responsible for the various enterprise-wide energy and environmental programs that are implemented to achieve the corporate objectives including their Go Green 2020 goals related to energy, carbon, water and waste. He has been with the CEESH organization for nine years.
Hal has more than 35 years of ESH management experience at both the site and corporate level, across three companies and multiple locations. Past ESH responsibilities include: due diligence; property management; Zero discharge wastewater treatment plant design and operation; permitting for hazardous waste, water and air sources; chemical management services; groundwater and soil vapor remediation, Behavior Based Safety and ESH Information Management Systems. His site was an early adopter of the OSHA VPP and ISO 14001 certifications. He has additional experience in manufacturing/process engineering and past management roles have included: facilities engineering/maintenance, environmental/chemical operations, security, transportation and international facility oversight.
Hal holds both Bachelors and Masters degrees in Environmental Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and is a Certified Safety Professional.
