Heather is an environmental, health and safety manager with Polaris, an innovative and industry leading manufacturer of on and off-road vehicles such as snowmobiles, Razr, Indian Motorcycle, and Slingshot. Heather’s responsibilities lie within the
Marine group where she began working in 2018 upon its integration into the Polaris portfolio. Prior to joining the Polaris team, she worked with Hubbell, Incorporated.
In Heather’s 17-year career she has held site, corporate and managerial roles gaining both US and international experience. She has executed transformative organizational and cultural change through development and implementation of sustainable management systems at 40+ businesses worldwide. Creating a safe, positive work environment that promotes employee morale is the part of the journey Heather finds most rewarding.
Heather has a B.S. in Organizational Management from Bethel University, is an authorized OSHA outreach trainer for general industry, and a certified ergonomic assessment specialist. Married with two children, Heather is a competitive powerlifter and enjoys watching her son participate in his athletic activities.
