Holly Menezes is the Communications and Stakeholder Engagement Manager at Social & Labor Convergence (SLCP). SLCP is a multi-stakeholder initiative made up 200 signatories from leading brands, manufacturers, standard holders and NGOs. Collectively SLCP signatories have developed a standard-agnostic Converged Assessment Framework designed to eliminate duplicative and repetitive proprietary social and labor audits with a single verified assessment that can be used by all stakeholders. SLCP signatories pledge to redirect the savings made towards improving social and labor conditions within their supply chain. SLCP is now implementing the Converged Assessment Framework in China, India, Taiwan and Sri Lanka with more countries to follow later this year and into 2020.
