Jana Gessner is a globally seasoned EHS leader with a broad industrial manufacturing background in safety process, environmental permitting, sustainability, and risk management. Her 20-year career includes positions in automotive, food, and chemical manufacturing,
and she has successfully proven her ability to lead HSE culture changes both in the field as well as with senior leadership. Her in-depth experience at monitoring regulatory requirements, assessing business impact, and implementing HSE process that is
integrated into the business models ensures the protection of people, assets, and product while fostering a culture of EHS excellence throughout the organization. Jana holds a Masters of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Wayne State University
in Detroit, MI; a Bachelor of Arts degree in Chemistry and English from the University of Toledo; and the Certified Safety Professional (CSP) credential.
