Jason Brezski has held leadership positions both in privately and publicly held organizations over the past twenty-five years. His early career roles spanned not-for-profit and life sciences organizations. He progressed to a leading role in an EHS management and technology consulting firm where he served over eighty clients (primarily Fortune 500) over twelve years. For over past six years, he held leadership team positions in the EHS departments of two iconic companies, including four years at Johnson & Johnson where he served as Senior Director, EHS&S Strategy & Governance.
He has a combined skillset of EHS and technology leadership and spent nearly his entire career working to ensure workforce safety and environmental health through the deployment of technological innovation. These efforts have resulted in a proven record of successful collaborations with critical functions such as engineering, facilities, construction, legal, robotics, information technology, and security.
He has led large teams of talented experts comprised of Program & Project Managers, Six Sigma Experts, Business Intelligence Engineers, Data Scientists, Software Developers, Data Engineers, UX Designers, EHS Professionals, Risk Managers, and Trainers. He has extensive expertise in the development and implementation of strategic plans, program management, executive communications, capital projects, technology development and deployment, advanced analytics, EHS governance and assurance, and EHS policy.
From an early career managing EHS technology projects and learning the domains of various enterprise functions, to building and managing cross-functional teams of talented experts and managers, Jason has learned that success comes from the alignment of resources with goals, data driven decisions, clear communication, and establishment of a culture where those we work with are accountable, inspired and energized.
