Jenna has almost 30 years of experience in a wide variety of environmental management and leadership roles. She spent 8 years working in the Environmental Management Unit for the Massachusetts Port Authority and 3 years in the EHS Department at Harvard University. She is currently a Principal Consultant at Geosyntec Consultants, Inc. where she manages a department of 12 people, include 5 direct reports. In addition, she is an active member in Geosyntec’s Women’s Mentoring program.
Jenna has extensive environmental compliance and management experience, including leading Environmental Management System Initiatives, leading, and developing environmental, health and safety programs for a variety of industries, developing training manuals and conducting multi-media compliance audits.
In addition, Jenna is the co-lead for Geosyntec’s Project Controls group. In this leadership role Jenna coordinates project controls across the companies’ projects including multiple projects with over $10 million in revenue. She is highly experienced in cost control, planning, and scheduling, earned value management systems, and change management.
