In the role as the Chief Sustainability Officer, Jennifer leads the Postal Service’s efforts to adopt sustainable business practices and ensure environmental compliance. She brings innovative and sustainable supply chain management concepts
that will enhance the Postal Service’s reputation as a leader in the field of sustainability.
An architect by training, Jennifer joined the Postal Service in 1996 as an Architect/Engineer in Facilities. Since 2011, she has held several executive positions with increasing responsibility in Supply Management, most recently as the Manager of the Commercial Products and Services Portfolio. Prior to joining the Postal Service, Jennifer worked for 12 years managing design and construction activities in the commercial and retail sector.
Jennifer earned a Bachelor of Architecture from Virginia Tech University and pursued her Master degree in Architecture at the Université Pedagogique d’Architecture de St. Etienne in France.
