Jennifer leads the Talent Development function for Bunzl North America. She and her team are dedicated to providing training and development opportunities to all employees throughout the $9+ billion-dollar organization. Jennifer strives to design Bunzl’s development programs with the right balance of business acumen, leadership fundamentals, and real-life practice so that participants may experience immediate application opportunities and results.
Jennifer started her career in Human Resources, first as an HR Specialist, then as HR Manager at Watlow Electric. She started the Talent Development function at Watlow, as the first Learning Leader supporting the company’s Continuous Improvement and LEAN implementation. In 2010, she moved to Bunzl North America where she has grown the Talent Development function over the last 14 years. Her team currently delivers over 25 development programs and over 70,000 e-learning courses each year.
Jennifer is a graduate of Missouri State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and has a Master of Education from the University of Missouri Columbia and a Master of Business Administration from William Woods University. Jennifer is certified in the ProSci Change Management Practitioner program and has achieved the Trainer Certification. She currently serves as the Vice President of the St Louis Modern Quilt Guild.
