Jennifer Grow is Communication Manager for the Environment, Health and Safety organization at Baxter International Inc., a global, diversified healthcare company. She project manages the EHS portion of Baxter's annual sustainability report, which includes coordinating the third-party assurance process.
Since joining Baxter in 2003, Ms. Grow has been responsible for communicating EHS news, trends and best demonstrated practices to EHS practitioners around the world; reporting EHS performance to Baxter management; and managing the “EHS Requirements Book,” which contains Baxter's global EHS policies, and the related “Reference and Training Guide.” Ms. Grow also manages communication for and assists with program management of Baxter World Environment Week, an annual global event and the company's signature initiative aimed at informing and educating its employees on environmental sustainability. Prior to joining Baxter, Ms. Grow edited publications focused on workplace and roadway safety for the National Safety Council.
She graduated from Loyola University Chicago (magna cum laude) and holds a master's degree in journalism from Northwestern University's Medill School of Journalism.
