Jessica is Founder and President of Catalynics, a consultancy with the mission to help organizations catalyze smart strategy, partnerships and external relations to achieve sustainability goals. Catalynics uses the tools and approaches of design thinking, stakeholder engagement and leadership coaching to help social impact and sustainability professionals, teams and organizations maximize their impact. Some of Jessica’s clients include DuPont, UN Environment, USAID, PepsiCo, World Resources Institute and World Wildlife Fund. Catalynics LLC is certified as a certified Women’s Business Enterprise through the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council.
Prior to Catalynics, Jessica established the World Business Council for Sustainable Development’s (WBCSD) first North American office. In her capacity as Director, she recruited and engaged global companies from over 20 sectors in a variety of sustainable development programs and policy initiatives. She also led WBCSD’s Sustainable Lifestyles Initiative. Jessica has also worked in a variety of corporate engagement and policy roles at World Wildlife Fund. She began her career in the private sector, serving in several sustainability and operational roles at International Paper Corporation.
Jessica is certified in leadership coaching through American University and certified in Everything DISC and The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team Assessments. She also runs the private coaching business “Go-Getter Goals.” She is a certified ISSP-SA Sustainability Professional. She serves on the Board of IUCN North America. Jessica holds a Masters in Forest Science from Yale University.
