Jim Mraz

Mr. Mraz started his career in the solvent recovery business in January of 1982 after graduating from the University of Maryland, College Park with a BS Degree in Business. Prior to entering the industry professionally in 1982, Mr. Mraz worked as a chemical operator. He was a plant manager and Sales Manager from 1982-1988, the early years of what is now known as the Environmental Industry. Mr. Mraz founded Capitol Environmental Services in the fall of 1989 with the purpose of providing customers a comprehensive and reliable approach to managing their off-site disposal needs. Since that time he has overseen the expansion and development of Capitol into one of the most respected materials management companies in the country.
