Joanne Schroeder’s engineering mind and entrepreneurial heart have made her an influential leader and pioneer in the EHS-MIS industry. Her creative problem-solving approach has earned her a reputation of perseverance in starting and growing the first business in the EMIS services industry, E2 ManageTech, recently acquired by Arcadis. Joanne has a record of developing and leading "best in class" services in the EMIS industry including tools to accelerate and leverage best practices in EMIS design and EMIS ROI including estimates for indirect benefit quantification. She has a broad range of experience in EMIS services ranging from developing business requirements, developing an EMIS strategy, deploying global programs, ROI assessments, and more. Alongside her many achievements, Joanne holds a BS and MS in Engineering, an MBA, and is a licensed professional engineer (CA).
