Joe Gallagher is an Environmental Compliance Specialist in the Regulatory Affairs Division of Trident Seafoods. Mr. Gallagher has more than 11 years' experience leading cleanup actions, pilot tests, remedial investigations, feasibility studies, and site monitoring plans. He has served with the Washington State environmental enforcement agency, leading response and remediation efforts associated with illegal narcotics operations, issuing solid waste facility permits, and inspecting landfills, transfer stations, composters, and recyclers throughout the state. Since 2017, Mr. Gallagher has managed environmental compliance programs for Trident Seafoods shorebased facilities and processing vessels throughout western Alaska, including numerous Title V permits, wastewater discharge permits, and stormwater discharge permits. In 2020, due to pandemic restrictions, Mr. Gallagher served as the primary point of contact for virtual audits conducted by Federal and state regulatory agencies.
