Julia Lazar is the Global Sustainability Manager at Eaton. Julia has been with Eaton for four years and her career has focused on greenhouse gas accounting, reduction strategies, and helping to make sure Eaton hits their carbon goals. As Sustainability Manager Julia leads ESG reporting, sustainability engagement, and tracking performance towards Eaton's 2030 goals. She also focuses on improving data quality and auditability of Eaton's sustainability reporting, including keeping up with new regulatory demands. Prior to Eaton has worked on engaging communities on water quality issues, both for a non-profit and at an engineering firm. She received her PhD in Environmental Science from the University of Rhode Island focusing on land use change's impact to the environment.
