Kathryn Cooper is the President and Chief Learning Officer at the Sustainability Learning Center, a training, networking and technology transfer hub designed to mobilize people and technology for sustainability in industrial, commercial and institutional sectors. Through The Centre's mission, Kathryn focuses on the development of practical “Sustainability Core Competencies” and Whole Employee Engagement for eco-efficiency, eco-effectiveness and eco-restorative practices and technologies.
Kathryn is a graduate of York University with a Master of Education on Sustainability and the Environment. She holds an MBA from Wilfrid Laurier University, and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Guelph. She is a member of the International Society of Sustainability Professionals, a Founding Member of Transition Erin, Chair of Guelph Environmental Leadership and its Net Zero City Change Lab, and an elected member of the Upper Grand District School Board and Member of the Upper Grand Learning Foundation.
